Seasonal Sales Associate role details: join a store focused on music and pop culture fans. The role involves providing the best customer service, sharing fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, with a focus on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They will be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
• Work the register – youll use your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
• Let your voice be heard! Youll communicate fashion and music trend information to management and respective HQ partners
• While we welcome wizards, we dont like it when spells are stolen. Youll work with Store Management to ensure theres no misuse of spells and wizardry around theft
• Support the stock room maintenance; youll help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Team Spirit – you love communicating and working as a team to get the job done
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you love music and pop culture, you are in the right place!
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
• Youll have to be at least 16 years of age to join the fandom force
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills
• The usual retail stuff (with or without reasonable accommodation): able to navigate your way around the store, merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment, and pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds

Pay: $17.85 - $19.65 per hour. Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as an individual’s education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
