In this dynamic role, you’ll orchestrate complex yacht maintenance, refits, and repairs while mentoring a diverse team of technicians and advisors. Why

join Ignition Marine Services?

Ignition Marine is an ISO 9001-accredited marine solutions provider based in North Vancouver that delivers comprehensive services for vessels ranging from recreational to commercial ships. Acting as a premier "Pacific Northwest Marine Centre," the company specializes in yacht sales and brokerage while operating a full-service technical department that handles mechanical engine repairs, electrical systems, structural fibreglass fabrication, and complete vessel refits.

The broad scope of expertise extends to specialized offerings such as marine repowering, insurance claim repairs, professional skipper services, and canvas fabrication, all supported by a team of certified marine engineers and technicians focused on high-performance quality control.

  • Financial Guardianship:
Manage the department's bottom line by implementing cost-control strategies and participating in the profit-sharing model driven by service results.
  • Rapid Response Client Relations:
Maintain transparent, professional, and ethical communication with clients, handling conflict resolution with high emotional intelligence and diplomacy.
  • Crisis Management:
Respond effectively to shifting priorities and urgent service needs, managing stress with composure during high-pressure situations.
  • Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict PPE compliance and safety checklists, managing all injury responses and WorkSafeBC reporting to ensure a zero-harm environment.
The Experience, Skills, and Competencies You Bring
