AboutThe Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you ll guide high-end residential projects from planning through to completion. You ll balance schedules, budgets, quality, and relationships, working closely with Site Supervisors, Project Coordinators, sub-trades, designers, and homeowners to ensure every project runs smoothly and finishes beautifully.

- Lead residential construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, site teams, designers, consultants, and trades
- Partner closely with the Site Supervisor to plan work, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintain clear, consistent communication using CVC s project management systems and reporting tools
- Monitor project schedules, identify long-lead items early, and proactively manage sequencing and capacity
- Oversee project budgets, review costs regularly, and support strong financial outcomes
- Guide value-engineering discussions to deliver thoughtful, cost-effective solutions without compromising design intent
- Identify scope changes, assess impacts, and manage change communication and approvals with clarity and care
- Uphold CVC s standards for safety, craftsmanship, documentation, and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners
- Support the development of CVC team members through feedback, coaching, and collaboration
- Ensure each project delivers exceptional client experience from start to finish
- 5+ years of proven experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
