Carlson Construction Group is looking for a visionary Project Director to take the helm of transformative marine and heavy civil infrastructure projects across British Columbia. • Lead Projects from planning and procurement to execution and close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Mentor Teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Engage Stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community partners.
• Manage Budgets and financial reporting with precision and transparency.
• Oversee Contracts & Risks to ensure compliance and mitigate challenges.
• Apply Technical Expertise in marine construction (pile driving, crane ops, barge logistics, deep foundations).
• Drive Strategic Growth by contributing to business development and market expansion.

• 🎓 Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
• 🏗️ 10 years of progressive experience in marine or heavy civil construction
• 🛠️ Registered or eligible for P.Eng., EIT, or AScT in BC
• 📊 Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), contract documentation, and financial controls
• 👥 Proven leadership and communication skills
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license and Microsoft Office proficiency
