Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYXAs the Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning, you will have an end-to-end view of the business and its planning processes. The role is pivotal in developing and implementing a robust process framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency enhancement. You will drive transformative change by creating structure from ambiguity and delivering global, cross‑functional integration.
Core Activities- Spearhead the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of integrated business planning processes, focusing on optimizing retail business operations.
- Build, coach, and guide a high‑performing team of IBP analysts to deliver process improvements aligned with strategic objectives and operational efficiency across global operations.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive S&OP process roadmap that clarifies alignment across the organization.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop and enforce adherence to processes.
- Leverage S&OP to focus and lead projects in key business areas identified by cross‑functional teams to improve performance.
- Develop strategies and processes, establish metrics, and hand over plans to business partners.
- Establish and deliver executive S&OP reviews, ensuring a monthly cadence of S&OP meetings and packets.
- Educate the business and partners on S&OP processes and their value.
- Define and document meaningful KPIs and KPI definitions to facilitate S&OP processes across the organization.
- Develop and implement a global vision, process, and roadmap for the Arc’teryx brand.
- Create executive‑level visibility of key S&OP metrics, presenting them globally and regionally to CDR and regional leadership teams.
- Adapt organizational processes to enhance visibility and improve monthly/quarterly and annual business plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- 8+ years of related experience within a global organization.
- Strong working knowledge of S&OP with proven implementation experience.
- Proven people‑management skills – setting clear vision, aligning team around objectives, and fostering commitment.
- Comfortable working at all levels of the organization with strong communication and change‑driving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and business presentation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A self‑starter who can translate high‑level direction into clear action plans.
- Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and designing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
- Balance autonomy and collaboration effectively.
