Landscape Construction - Foreperson

As the Landscape Construction Foreperson, you will lead a team of 3-5 staff, overseeing the installation of Hardscape, Softscape, Carpentry, and Machine work. You'll receive support from experienced leaders for training and development, with the opportunity to become an apprentice and get Red Seal certified in Landscape Horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team to ensure timely, efficient landscape installations.

Collaborate with managers and clients for project execution and issue resolution.

Oversee daily production, materials procurement, and staff safety.

Manage projects worth up to $1.5 million, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.

Maintain communication with clients and team members, ensuring project goals are achieved.

Participate in post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

3+ years in landscaping project management or 5+ years as a landscaping foreperson.

Experience managing projects in the $20,000 - $1,000,000 range.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
