Job Summary

The HCA/Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene

  Provide companionship to clients
• Follow care‑plan
• Documentation/ charting

• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
• CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to travel around Greater Vancouver Area; driving clients to appointments is an asset but not required.
• Access to Internet/smart phone with data.
