The candidate will review and validate subcontractor costs, ensuring compliance with contract terms and supporting negotiations. With a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in cost engineering or quantity surveying, the role requires strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
