Ultimate Frisbee Coach Kids

Elevate Ultimate is the leader in youth Ultimate Frisbee training and we need your help in bringing our awesome sports to more kids!

We need dedicated, enthusiastic leaders that LOVE to make kids smile. Previous experience playing the sport is an asset but NOT necessary. Being athletic, fun, and hype are way more important to us (and the kids).

We are In‑School PE programs in West Vancouver and North Vancouver starting March 9 - 13 until June 15 - 19. Ideal candidates need to be available Monday - Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. If you enjoy the job, we’d love to have you back for our summer camps.

Candidates will be selected ASAP. Paid training will happen in February and March.

• Assistant coaches are there to support the lead coaches by helping explain games, give feedback to athletes, and deliver a high‑quality program
• Bring immense energy & HYPE
• Starting wage is $15 (training) then $18-20/hr based on experience

• Delivering high‑quality programs
• Communicating the lesson plan to the assistant coach before the lesson
• Reflect with the assistant coach and goal set each day
• Report back to Elevate the reflections and feedback on the day
• Bring the necessary equipment to the sessions
• Starts at $20-$25/hr based on experience

• Graduated High School
• Have worked with children before in camp / sports setting
• Comfortable working with children aged 6-13
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Adaptable
• Confident speaker
• Team player
• Beginner/intermediate knowledge of Ultimate
• Have a car
