Job Specifics:
Seeking provider to take over a retiring family physician’s panel consisting of approximately 700 patients. Open to Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and provisionally licensed candidates.

Practice Information:
Medical Clinic on Willow St and W Broadway – Family Practice, Community. PCN 1:
City Centre. EMR:
Oscar Pro. The clinic is located steps away from VGH, the Sky Train, and numerous local amenities.

The team consists of 9 Family Physicians, 1 locum Family Physician, 3 MOAs (shared among all physicians on shift) and an in‑hour RN. The clinic has 8 exam rooms, 1 charting area, an on‑site pharmacy and underground paid parking.

• Hours:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On‑Call:
  Weekly rotational schedule among the physician team
• Coverage:
  Cross‑coverage available at the practitioner’s discretion for time off
• Patient Population:
  Highly diverse, with patients of all ages; majority are middle‑aged to elderly; primary‑care focused
• Operations: A digitally oriented, efficiently run clinic with well‑organized support staff
