The Member Service Representative roles provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to members while uncovering member needs, providing sound advice and recommending credit union products and services.

With both member service and advisory-service orientations, the successful incumbent will have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing skills.

In addition to one-year post-secondary education in a general business program, we are looking for an individual who has 1 to 3 years of experience working in the financial industry.
