Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX

Recommerce, short for “reverse commerce”, is revolutionizing retail by giving products a second life. Instead of ending up in landfills, items are resold, reused, and re-loved, creating a more sustainable and affordable shopping experience. It’s a fast-growing industry at the heart of the circular economy, helping brands reduce waste, meet sustainability goals, and connect with consumers.

As the ReBIRD Recommerce Business Co-Op Student, you will play a key role in assisting the recommerce team that manages the Arc’teryx ReBIRD TRADE-IN & RESALE business. This team is focused on keeping gear out of landfills by accepting trade-ins, repairing items as needed, and ultimately reselling to a new guest at an exceptional price.

Working in a highly dynamic environment, you will experience what it is like to operate with a commercial mindset and will gain direct exposure to key functions like marketing, sales, insights & reporting, customer experience, and operations. You will operate as a generalist, creating value across a breadth of functions and projects you touch, where adaptability and comfort with ambiguity will help you succeed.

Your organizational, analytical, and communication skills will be put to use and honed as you help to deliver an exceptional guest experience through Online and Retail channels.

In this role you will learn and/or use the following technology:
Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Powerpoint), Shopify, Jira, Looker Studio.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office.
