North Shore Honda is currently looking to fill the position of a
Service Advisor.

• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promptly meetand greet all clients in a friendly and courteous manner
• Handle client concerns and/or misunderstandings with courtesy and tact
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Obtainpre-authorization costs, parts availability, and payments
• Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, andcheck for previous service recommendations
• Explain what service/repair is recommended to customers
• Monitor repair process, check job status and update work in process
• Monitor allrepair orders from opening to closing and ensure that customers are updated on progress
• Review CSImonthly score and day to day performance
• Review withthe customer loaner policies and warranty details
• Other dutiesas assigned by management
