Blue Sky Clothing Co. blends style, quality, and a passion for people. As we grow, we’re looking for a CPA who can own payroll and broader financial operations for our 100 salaried and hourly team members—keeping everything accurate, smooth, and strategic.

• Process and manage payroll in Quick Books, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Handle year-end accounting tasks, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
• Support cost and project accounting for inventory, initiatives, and store operations.
• Collaborate with management to optimize financial processes and reporting.

• CPA designation with payroll and accounting experience (Quick Books preferred).
• Strong understanding of A/P, A/R, cash flow, cost accounting, and year-end processes.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a growth mindset.
