• Support daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform full‑cycle accounting for the company and related entities.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and file GST returns and assist with T‑sl никати filings.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, controls, and reporting deadlines.
• Assist Persse with audit preparation and coordination with external accountants as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff.
• Assist in the preparation of internal financial statements and management reports.
• Review financial data for accuracy and consistency prior to submission.
• Support variance analysis and other ad‑hoc financial analyses as required.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting processes.
• Support the integration and maintenance of financial systems such as Certinia (Financial Force) and Salesforce.
• Maintain organized and complete accounting documentation.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager and working with alba VP of Finance as needed.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by the Senior Accounting Manager or VP of Finance.

• Must possess high discretion and always maintain confidentiality. Required to sign and comply with Non‑Disclosure and confidentiality agreements (NDA).
• Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2‑5 years of accounting experience at an intermediate level; public accounting experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of ASPE and general accounting principles.
• Experience with month‑end cycles, GST filings, and T‑sl since preparation.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (Certinia/Financial Force and Salesforce experience an asset).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

$60‑65K + extended health after three months.

West Vancouver, BC, this role is onsite 5 days/week.
