As Registered Manager
, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the home, ensuring that Ofsted requirements are met and exceeded while empowering your team to deliver outstanding care.

Supports Children Aged 7-17 (on admission)
📌 Specialisms: Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Mild Learning Disabilities (LD)

We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care to young people and developing a strong, motivated team
.

• 🎓
  Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
• 📆
  At least 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
• 🏠 Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
• 💡
  Strong leadership & team‑building skills

• ✔️ Experience leading Ofsted inspections
• ✔️ Passion for creating a warm, homely, and child‑focused environment
• ✔️ A drive to exceed Ofsted standards and continuously improve care quality

  Lead & Manage the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
• 🔹
  Support & Develop your staff, fostering a positive and nurturing work culture
• 🔹
  Build & Maintain strong relationships with the community and key stakeholders
• 🔹
  Ensure Safeguarding & Compliance with Ofsted, submitting required documentation
• 🔹
  Drive Continuous Improvement – ensuring outstanding care for every young person
