SEND Support Worker

1:1 SEND Support Worker (North Tyneside)

Location: North Tyneside
Contract: Full-time
Start: Immediate
Pay: £89.38–£100 per day (PAYE)

You’ll be the consistent support a pupil relies on each day, offering calm, reassurance and structure throughout the school day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND needs
• Helping maintain routines and engagement in learning
• Offering emotional reassurance and encouragement
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting children with SEND
• A patient, nurturing approach
• Reliability and strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
