Our services include new and used truck sales, full-service vehicle graphics and signage, licensed heavy-duty body shop and paint booth, ASE-certified repair shop for heavy and light-duty vehicles, as well as parts offerings for all makes and models. With a focus on quick and efficient service, we support our customers in keeping their fleets on the road with local emergency road service and CDL drivers for vehicle pickups and deliveries.

This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role located in North Smithfield, RI. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, accurately describing required repairs or maintenance to customers, coordinating with technicians to manage workflow, and providing timely updates to customers.
In this role, you will also support aftersales service, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including dedication to customer satisfaction and the ability to deliver customer-focused service.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise between customers and mechanics, explain repair details, and ensure clear and professional interactions.
- Experience in Aftersales service to manage customer needs post-repair, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer inquiries and other challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Working knowledge of vehicles or previous experience in the automotive or truck repair industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and service management tools is highly desirable.
