Stafforce is currently recruiting Car Drivers on behalf of our client based in North Shields. This role involves safely moving and parking vehicles within a port environment, including discharging vehicles from vessels. We're looking for reliable, professional individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Day Shift: 06:00 - 21:59 - £12.39 / hour
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 05:59 - £13.14 / hour
• Weekend

  Variable hours - £14.77 / hour

• Discharging cars from Ro-Ro vessels safely and efficiently
• Driving and parking vehicles around the port as instructed
• Following traffic marshals' directions and site procedures
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Working as part of a team to meet tight deadlines

• Full UK Driving Licence (no points)
• Previous commercial driving experience
• Confident handling various vehicle types (manual and automatic)
• Comfortable driving in tight or confined spaces
• Ability to follow strict port safety procedures
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Experience discharging vehicles from vessels is advantageous but not essential
• Previous port or Ro-Ro terminal experience is a bonus
