Fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional carpenter/joiner to work with a prestigious local council. My client requires an experienced, professional carpenter to join their highly reputable maintenance and repairs division carrying out planned 2nd fix carpentry maintenance on empty council properties.

This role is a long-running temporary position with the potential to go permanent for reliable and hard‑working candidates.

Carrying out planned carpentry repair work on empty domestic council properties across the North Tyneside region. Work will range from hanging internal doors, kitchen repairs, fitting hand rails, replacing architraves, and refitting flooring, skirting, etc.

£18.00 per hour

• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS Card (ideal but not essential)
• Asbestos Awareness Ticket
• Manual Handling Ticket
• NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery (Minimum Level
