Leader Education are currently recruiting an Inclusive Education Support Assistant to work in a welcoming and caring school environment based in North Shields. This role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated individual who is committed to supporting young people aged 11–16 years, helping them achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
Working HoursMonday – Friday
8:30am – 4:30pm
The Role- Supporting students aged 11–16 within an inclusive education setting
- Encouraging and rewarding achievement across academic, social, and personal development
- Supporting students to play a meaningful and active role within the school community
- Assisting with the delivery of an adapted national curriculum tailored to individual needs
- Promoting a caring, nurturing, and positive learning environment
- Supporting students’ confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
- Competitive pay rate of £13.68 – £14.68 per hour
