£163 – £252.52 per day (MPS/UPS Equivalent, PAYE) | Full-Time | Immediate Start
The MFL department is collaborative and well-resourced, with shared schemes of work and clear assessment systems across KS3 and KS4.
You will be joining a team that:
Delivers structured lessons with clear modelling
Focuses on retrieval practice and vocabulary retention
Prepares GCSE cohorts effectively for speaking and writing exams
Maintains consistent expectations around participation
Tracks progress closely and intervenes early
Specialisms in French or Spanish are particularly welcome, though other language specialisms will be considered.
The RoleAs an MFL Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging language lessons across KS3 and KS4
Develop students’ confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing
Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE examinations
Differentiate effectively for mixed-ability classes
Maintain strong classroom behaviour
Contribute to departmental planning and data tracking
This is a full teaching role including planning, marking and assessment responsibilities.
