Why This School Stands Out

This is a school with momentum. Having successfully moved from a period of challenge to a secure “Good” judgement, the leadership team has built a culture of pride, determination and resilience. Staff speak positively about the clear vision, improved behaviour systems and the sense of collective purpose across the school.

The school has also received national recognition for the impact it is having on young people and the wider community. There is a strong pastoral structure in place, alongside a genuine commitment to inclusion and high-quality SEND provision.

What makes this school particularly appealing to candidates:

  • Clear behaviour systems that allow staff to focus on teaching and support
  • Strong leadership presence and visible senior team
  • A close-knit, community-focused environment
  • Investment in staff development and training
