This is not a stand‑by role — you will be embedded within the classroom from day one, working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support students who need additional academic and emotional guidance.

£90 – £120 per day (PAYE) | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Support staff are fully integrated into departments and intervention teams. You will not be isolated — you will be part of a coordinated strategy to improve outcomes.
The RoleAs a Graduate TA / SEND Support, you will:
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with students requiring additional support
- Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs or learning gaps
- Help students regulate behaviour and remain engaged in lessons
- Adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility
- Deliver structured intervention sessions in literacy, numeracy or subject areas
- Build consistent, professional relationships that promote confidence and independence
This is a hands‑on role requiring resilience, presence and a calm, steady approach.

Pay & Benefits- £90 – £120 per day depending on experience
