£90 – £120 per day (PAYE) | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Support staff are fully integrated into departments and intervention teams. You will not be isolated — you will be part of a coordinated strategy to improve outcomes.

As a Graduate TA / SEND Support, you will:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students requiring additional support
• Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs or learning gaps
• Help students regulate behaviour and remain engaged in lessons
• Adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility
• Deliver structured intervention sessions in literacy, numeracy or subject areas
• Build consistent, professional relationships that promote confidence and independence

This is a hands‑on role requiring resilience, presence and a calm, steady approach.

• Graduates exploring teacher training or educational careers

• £90 – £120 per day depending on experience
