The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager to join the Statutory Inspection (UK) department at Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS). In this role, you will be assigned to existing UK-based projects and work under the supervision of the Head of Statutory Inspections, supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of inspection projects and services for onshore and offshore wind operations.
The Statutory Inspection team operates in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment, delivering independent inspections that ensure clients meet statutory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Success in this role comes from team collaboration, effective project planning, and a focus on cost control and operational efficiency, all within the supportive and professional environment that defines MWS.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Support- Assist project managers and the Head of Statutory Inspections in the planning and coordination of existing UK inspection projects.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and task lists to ensure inspections progress smoothly.
- Monitor project activities and escrow risks, delays, or issues to senior team members.
- Help coordinate internal resources, including inspectors, site teams, and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and communication records.
- Ensure files are kept up to date in line with internal procedures and accreditation requirements.
- Support compliance with ISO 17020 and MWS quality standards.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders under the guidance of senior staff.
- Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and status reports for the Head of Statutory Inspections.
- Help ensure information is communicated clearly, consistently, and on time.
- Support project setup and close‑out activities, including work orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Assist with tracking project costs and providing accurate data to the finance or commercial teams.
- Support the resolution of client queries, complaints, or follow‑up actions.
- 1–3 years’ experience in project support, project coordination, or administration.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (Excel, Word, project trackers).
- Experience in the renewables, energy, or inspection sectors.
- Exposure to working within a regulated, quality‑led, or accredited environment.
