Tru Blue of Cuyahoga Valley is hiring an experienced Home Renovation Technician with 5–7 years of hands‑on residential construction or renovation experience.

This role is for a dependable, highly capable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage projects with confidence, and wants steady, year‑round work with a professional team.

You’ll complete a wide range of residential renovation and home service projects, including:

• Bathroom and kitchen updates

• Carpentry, trim, and finish work

• Drywall repair, patching, and painting

• Door, window, and hardware installation

• Flooring, tile, and fixture installation

• Light plumbing and electrical work

• General home maintenance and punch‑list projects

You’ll often work independently and may guide or work alongside junior technicians to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

5–7 years of residential construction, handyman, or renovation experience required

Strong candidates will:

• Be able to complete most residential repair and renovation tasks independently

• Have strong carpentry and finishing skills

• Take ownership of job quality and timelines

• Be comfortable interacting professionally with clients

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet daily

• Comfortable using basic technology for job notes/photos

• Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude

• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented

$28–$35 per hour starting (based on experience and productivity)
