We are seeking motivated Solution Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving daily sales efforts, developing strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Participate in executing the local go-to-market strategy leveraging the company brand
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the material handling sector
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies and strategic partnerships to expand market presence, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth
- Lead negotiations and execute agreements with new and existing partners and clients
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Work closely with the Project Management team to oversee the full sales lifecycle—from initial engagement through project completion—ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized client solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project implementation and long-term customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in material handling sales or a related field
- General knowledge of material handling equipment and solutions, including pallet racking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM tools;
Salesforce experience preferred - Dealer-to-dealer sales experience preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently; travel may exceed 50%
