About Us: We are a compassionate and patient-centered home health care agency dedicated to providing high-quality nursing care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes including wound care, IV maintenance, and patient/family education.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care provided
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care team members
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- On call weekend every 3-4 weeks
- Valid RN or LPN license in [State]
- Current CPR certification
- Home health experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
