Production Scheduler

Dizario Search is conducting a search for an experienced Production Scheduler on behalf of a well-established, highly respected manufacturing organization producing complex industrial products. This is a high-impact role responsible for optimizing production schedules, balancing capacity, and ensuring on-time customer delivery.

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments
• Evaluate labor, equipment, and material availability to ensure realistic and efficient scheduling
• Coordinate closely with production, sales, and operations teams to align priorities
• Monitor production flow and proactively address scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks
• Analyze data and generate reports to support planning and operational decision-making
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling and production efficiency

• 5+ years of production scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP or production scheduling systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
