QUALIFICATIONS

General job duties for all store team members

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily

Training

Orientation and on-the-job training provided

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used)
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal and written communication to process orders
• Eye-hand coordination for rapid, precise movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

WORK CONDITIONS

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during outside tasks and deliveries
• In-store temperatures range from coolers at 36°F to hot areas at 90°F and above
• Fumes from food odors; cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving parts

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The job includes standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching and hand tasks. Detailed examples include:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed
• Carrying pizzas, beverages and supplies
• Driving and delivering orders
• Climbing stairs or ladders as needed
• Frequent hand use for dough handling, use of pizza cutters and peels

DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires:

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery area
• Ability to navigate multi-story buildings and various delivery sites while carrying product

PHYSICAL DEMANDS (Delivery)

• Carrying pizzas and beverages during deliveries
• Driving delivery routes within designated areas
• Walking between store, vehicle and customer locations
• Climbing stairs during delivery as needed

WORK CONDITIONS
