• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial chillers, boilers, and related HVAC equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure peak system performance.
• Respond to emergency service calls with speed and professionalism.
• Work independently and efficiently while maintaining detailed service records.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain repairs and recommend long-term solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and company policies.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on commercial chillers, boilers or RTUs
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair independently.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call schedule, we share the load fairly so everyone gets their time off.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Solid communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
