We are expanding our BDC department and looking for the right person to join our high-performing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Alvarado, TX location.

The BDC Representative will play a crucial role in managing customer communications and supporting sales operations. We’re looking for someone who can carry meaningful conversations, build rapport quickly, and serve as a safety net to catch deals or opportunities that may otherwise be missed or forgotten.

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Following up on leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Assisting customers with information and scheduling appointments
  • Supporting sales staff by ensuring no opportunity is overlooked
  • Tracking interactions and updating CRM systems
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

We will provide full training on product knowledge, internal processes, and best practices. Some negotiation or sales experience is helpful, but not required—we will coach you.

Qualifications
  • Strong conversational skills and the ability to connect naturally with customers
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Customer service experience with a focus on satisfaction and professionalism
  • Some sales, negotiation, or lead follow-up experience preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Professional, positive attitude with reliable work habits
