Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager. It's a tough job that requires judgment, math, and multitasking skills. You will lead by example and ensure the team performs to standard.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. • Oversee shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations
• Lead staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and adherence to standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, brand image, and profitability
• Provide great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality
• Coordinate transportation to/from work and communicate with team and customers

• General duties for all store team members: operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process orders by phone, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities

• Communication skills: ability to understand and convey written instructions; verbal communication with customers and co-workers to process orders (phone and in person)

• Exposure to varying weather when performing outside tasks and during deliveries
• In-store temperatures can range from coolers at 36°F to hot areas at 90°F+
• Prolonged standing, moving, lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional climbing, reaching, bending, and other physical tasks

Deliver product by car, deliver flyers and door hangers, and maintain safe driving practices with a valid license and insured vehicle.
