Are you ready to help shape a member’s shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the go, while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
• Perform cleaning tasks in all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, methods, and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program
• Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate stock, store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish low inventories

• Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting procedures
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to guidelines
• Follow company procedures for cleaning and maintenance to support a safe environment for Members and Associates

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
