Our franchise organization, Corral Holdings dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!
Position:Server
The main responsibility of the Server is to uphold our mission: “Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable.” A positive attitude and ongoing professionalism are essential to fulfill Golden Corral’s mission. Hospitality is the core of the Server’s responsibilities. Success factors include maintaining a clean, neat appearance, a positive attitude, and courtesy.
Responsibilities- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests through positive public relations.
- Be attentive to guests’ needs and strive to make their experience pleasurable.
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions.
- Assist fellow Servers to ensure outstanding guest service and promote teamwork.
- Understand product specifications and ensure receipts match the number of guests.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
- Report equipment and facility issues to the Manager.
- Follow correct table bussing procedures.
- Adhere to safe work practices to protect personal and guest safety.
- Meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards as per duty roster.
- Comply with local health department laws.
