Position details include predictable scheduling posted four weeks in advance, a culture of mutual respect, ongoing investment in surgical equipment, and on-call during non-business hours.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients pre-surgery, patient and family education, patient preparation, surgical site verification, responding to emergencies, delivering high-quality care, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications include BCLS certification within 30 days of employment and an active RN license.
