Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities Management/Security, the incumbent performs a variety of general, mechanical, and preventative maintenance inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment.

• Driver's License
• Must have training in or 2 years experience in HVAC and general maintenance duties of a hospital
