Job Description
Apex Systems is hiring a Desktop Migration Support Technician for a financial client. The team is conducting a laptop migration effort and needs technicians to assist with machine setup and distribution onsite in North Richland Hills, TX.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 2+ years of deskside support experience
- 2+ years experience with SCCM
- Experience with Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's or higher - Nice to have:
CompTIA A+ certification
Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Team player and can work independently
- Configure and image laptops and desktops using SCCM, thumb drives, USB PXE Boot
- Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi and VPN connection issues
- Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Provide professional and courteous customer service

Onsite expectation
: 100% onsite
Pay range
: $20–$23/hour (W2)
