Supervises and coordinates the operational and personnel activities for the nursing areas and acts as an administrative liaison for other departments of the hospital for a defined shift. The healthcare staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including older adults through geriatric patients.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Texas State RN license or compact license accepted;
  Texas State RN license required 30 days after hire.
• Current in CPR and ACLS from AHA or ARC.
• Obtain CPI or SAMA certification within 90 days of starting position.
• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
