Cardiac Cath Lab - Cath Lab​/Interventional Technologist

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - HCA - North TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

This is a Cath lab opening and the rad tech has to have Cath lab experience, They will be starting and expected to scrub Cath , EP and Peripheral procedures Day 1

Experience Scrubbing cardiac cath cases/STEMI call

scrub cases if not scrub and monitor cath lab cases.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Experience scrubbing IR and EP

Maclab monitoring experience

Shift & Scheduling: Call required and alternating weekends, please submit any no call requests ahead of contract. Will be taking about 14-15 day/month call.

Floating Requirements: Other facility cath labs in local area partner hospitals, potentially helping with turnover, patient transport, etc in other procedural spaces

This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

10 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
