Job Description
Position: Customer Care Representative / Customer Accounts Representative
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM (Customer Care Representative). One late night shift (9 AM – 6 PM) per week, and one late Friday rotating every four weeks (also includes 1–2 Saturdays a month 8 AM – 12 PM). Customer Accounts Representative:
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, two late nights per week 11 AM – 8 PM (never on Friday), plus 1–2 Saturdays a month 8 AM – 12 PM.
- Answer incoming calls from customers concerning account assistance, payment information, title requests, payment options, and website login issues.
- Handle light collections by contacting customers whose payments are 1–29 days past due.
- Completed 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- Experience in finance, call center, data entry, and auto finance.
- Spanish language skills receive a $0.50 raise for Bachelor’s degree holders.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience qualifies for $23.00 /hr; less than 3 years for $21.50 /hr.
Pay: $18.50 – $23.50 /hr (Contract to Hire).
