OverviewCall Center Specialist at MAP
. The position is a part‑time, in‑office call center role handling inbound calls for various businesses such as medical offices, apartment complexes, and professional services.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers and provide requested information.
- Collect and document all relevant details accurately for customer confidence.
- Transfer calls or take messages as necessary while using a state‑of‑the‑art call processing system.
- Prioritize customer needs and use call center tools trained for the role.
- Welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
- Proficient in English with meticulous attention to spelling and grammar.
- Computer skills in a Windows‑based environment.
- Good attendance.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
Pay: $17 per hour.
- Part‑time shifts available – evenings and weekends.
- Must be available to work on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
Initial training lasts approximately one week. By the second week, employees transition to a fixed schedule.
