Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in complex electro-mechanical equipment, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and handling of robotic components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: North Reading, MA
Pay Range: $18.41
Shift: Monday to Friday 6:15am to 3:45pm
What's the Job?
- Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment through hands-on assembly of robotic components
- Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
- Move, stage, and deliver materials and components to designated workstations
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections and document actions accurately in production systems
What's Needed?
- Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Read and follow instructions in English
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic computer skills
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work in a mechanical environment
