Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong technical and analytical capabilities to support the development of mechatronics systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in both prototype and production‑level designs and a proven ability to deliver results efficiently. Responsibilities include designing and developing 3D mechanical models and 2D drawings for mechatronics systems using Solid Works, performing mechanical tolerance stack‑up analysis and related engineering calculations, creating mechanical assemblies for electronics and automation systems, supporting rapid prototyping and production tooling processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability, managing projects using Agile PLM tools and methodologies, and communicating technical concepts clearly through documentation and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications
Nice to Have:
Thermal simulation analysis, Structural load analysis.
Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development. Proficiency in Solid Works MCAD software for 3D modeling and 2D drafting. Experience with Agile PLM systems. Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electronics integration, and automation design. Expertise in mechanical tolerance analysis. Hands‑on experience with rapid prototype tooling and production tooling.
Proven project management skills. Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
