We are pioneering the development of dexterous manipulation systems that enable unprecedented generalization across diverse tasks, contact‑rich manipulation in different environments, seamless integration of low‑level skills and high‑level behaviors, and mechanical intelligence with multi‑modal sensor feedback and advanced control techniques.

• Design and implement methods for dexterous manipulation with single and dual arm manipulation.
• Design and implement methods for the use of dexterous hands with force and tactile sensing.
• Develop a hierarchical system that combines low‑level control with high‑level planning.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art manipulation models and optimal control techniques.
• Conduct research that bridges the gap between theoretical advancement and practical implementation in robotics.
• Contribute to development of techniques that utilize multi‑modal sensor data from the arm and hands.
• Program in Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
• Work effectively across cross‑functional teams and partner well with people at all levels within an organization.
• Develop motion primitives, vision‑language‑action models, and model predictive control.
• Utilize robotics frameworks for fast prototyping (Matlab, ROS, etc.).
• Engage in data generation in simulation and real world.
• Leverage mechanical intelligence, multi‑modal sensor feedback, and advanced control techniques.
• Maintain focus on dexterous manipulation and robotic learning.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
