Construction Manager

Construction Manager Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction
• Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Conduct field inspections
• Prepare estimates and track project costs
• Review and approve invoices
• Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals

• 5+ years of commercial construction management
• Manage multiple projects at once
• Must hold a current Construction Supervisor's License (CSL)

This is a Permanent position based out of North Reading, MA.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
