• Perform residential electrical service work including troubleshooting, diagnostics, installations, and repairs.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners to explain issues and solutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all safety regulations.
• Accurately document completed work, time, and materials.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet Premier’s quality standards for cleanliness, durability, and performance.
• Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly.
• Represent the company brand with integrity, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
• Stay current on industry best practices and code updates through training and certifications.

• Valid RI Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Clean Driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Highly organized with a commitment to job site cleanliness and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
