- A Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional sales, healthcare, or business-related roles
- Proven success in marketing, promotional, or sales initiatives with strong territory management skills
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- 3-5 years of experience in specialty marketing, promotional, or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas relevant to the role
- Experience working with key opinion leaders and high-influence customers
- Demonstrated ability to engage and support customers throughout the sales process
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and data analysis skills
