What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans to maximize engagement with healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through both virtual and face-to-face interactions
  • Compliantly engage key customers to drive product demand by providing relevant education and insights
  • Deliver targeted messaging and utilize approved materials to influence prescribing behavior and achieve positive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and support provider needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • A Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional sales, healthcare, or business-related roles
  • Proven success in marketing, promotional, or sales initiatives with strong territory management skills
  • Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 3-5 years of experience in specialty marketing, promotional, or sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas relevant to the role
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders and high-influence customers
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and support customers throughout the sales process
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and data analysis skills
