Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) – Post-Acute Dialysis

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking an experienced Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our Post-Acute Dialysis team, supporting patients within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dialysis den while maintaining flexibility to assist nearby outpatient clinics as needed. This role is ideal for CCHTs who enjoy autonomy, variety, and delivering high-quality care in a quieter, more controlled post-acute setting—while still maintaining full‑time stability and growth opportunities.

• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis treatments alongside an RN and nephrology team
• Prepare, monitor, troubleshoot, and disinfect dialysis equipment according to protocol
• Accurately document treatment data, vital signs, and patient responses
• Observe patients during treatment and promptly report changes in condition
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and patient‑centered dialysis environment
• Support in‑center clinics (Johnston & Pawtucket) as needed to maintain consistent hours

• Primary home base in a Skilled Nursing Facility dialysis den
• Float flexibility ensures consistent full‑time hours without constant travel
• Schedule variety with rotating Saturdays and occasional extended shifts
• Professional growth through cross‑training in post‑acute and in‑center dialysis

High school diploma or equivalent

• Current CCHT certification (BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO) or ability to obtain certification within 18 months of hire
• Current BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
• Completion of facility‑specific dialysis training with demonstrated competency
• Prior ESRD/dialysis experience required.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and patient‑first mindset

Salary Range: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
