Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) – Post-Acute Dialysis
Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking an experienced Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our Post-Acute Dialysis team, supporting patients within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dialysis den while maintaining flexibility to assist nearby outpatient clinics as needed. This role is ideal for CCHTs who enjoy autonomy, variety, and delivering high-quality care in a quieter, more controlled post-acute setting—while still maintaining full‑time stability and growth opportunities.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis treatments alongside an RN and nephrology team
- Prepare, monitor, troubleshoot, and disinfect dialysis equipment according to protocol
- Accurately document treatment data, vital signs, and patient responses
- Observe patients during treatment and promptly report changes in condition
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and patient‑centered dialysis environment
- Support in‑center clinics (Johnston & Pawtucket) as needed to maintain consistent hours
- Primary home base in a Skilled Nursing Facility dialysis den
- Float flexibility ensures consistent full‑time hours without constant travel
- Schedule variety with rotating Saturdays and occasional extended shifts
- Professional growth through cross‑training in post‑acute and in‑center dialysis
- Supportive team environment with experienced RNs and technicians

High school diploma or equivalent
What You’ll Need- Current CCHT certification (BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO) or ability to obtain certification within 18 months of hire
- Current BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
- Completion of facility‑specific dialysis training with demonstrated competency
- Prior ESRD/dialysis experience required.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and patient‑first mindset

Salary Range: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
