Position OverviewThe RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the Infusion department, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring safe administration of infusion therapies and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support infusion nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Serve as charge nurse and preceptor
- Ensure compliance with infusion therapy protocols and safety standards
- Promote professional development, collaboration, and evidence-based practice
- Communicate organizational priorities and departmental goals

- Active Florida RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Prior charge or leadership experience
- Infusion, oncology, or specialty certification (e.g., OCN, CRNI)
