The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the Infusion department, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring safe administration of infusion therapies and an exceptional patient experience.

• Lead and support infusion nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Serve as charge nurse and preceptor
• Ensure compliance with infusion therapy protocols and safety standards
• Promote professional development, collaboration, and evidence-based practice

• Active Florida RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

• Prior charge or leadership experience
• Infusion, oncology, or specialty certification (e.g., OCN, CRNI)
